About Us

French ribbonwork – shaping ribbons into flowers. We make beautiful designer pillows to showcase this very special art. Unlike other options you might consider, our designs are not printed on, not painted on, not accented with ribbon, but created entirely of three-dimensional ribbon flowers.

Within our collections, you will find a wonderful variety of designs – from brilliantly colored and lighthearted to subtle and sophisticated. Every pillow has at least one companion and all of our designs are available in multiple colorways.

The ribbons we use range from luxurious satins to shimmering solids to amazingly beautiful ombres. From them we create soft petals with barely a hint of color, gathered roses in rich, deep hues, elegant folded roses, and many, many other wonderful blooms. The fabric and trim we choose to complete our pillows are part of the design, never an afterthought.

Our work is done entirely by hand. Each pillow is made to order and requires many hours to complete. While most of the materials we use are imported, we’re proud to say that all of the ribbonwork and the final pillow construction are done right here in Northern Virginia.

Because we make our pillows to order, we do not maintain stock of any item. This makes our order and fulfillment process somewhat more complex than that of most other online merchants.
